 Vinicius de Moraes is Brazil's most acclaimed poet/musician - yet, widely unknown worldwide, spite lyrics such as "Garota de Ipanema / The Girl from Ipanema" or "Insensatez / How Insensitive".
Celebrating Vinicius' 100th anniversary, the Utrecht based Rood Noot theatre group joins Norah Paiva and Rafael Fraga to hommage the life and work of a remarkable character of modern culture. The show, still under development, will have a pre-presentation in an informal public session, where the work and life of Vinicius will be explored around the table: with good food, amazing music and friendly people - as the poet loved.
